Ezequiel Monis

Ezequiel Monis is Country Marketing & Sustainability Manager at Natura Chile, a position he has held since December 2023, after more than nine years of experience at the company in key marketing and sustainability roles.

With a degree in Marketing from Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21, he also holds an MBA from IAE Business School and specialisations in sales from Florida International University. He has led strategic processes that integrate marketing, innovation and sustainability, promoting authentic and transformative brand communication, and placing environmental and social regeneration at the centre.

His career has driven the strengthening of Natura Chile's value proposition, promoting regenerative business models and impactful campaigns that connect with values such as diversity, inclusion and care for the environment. He has also shared this vision in spaces such as the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (Sustainability Committee), where he presented the ‘Path to Regeneration’ strategy.
