Verónica de la Cerda Gubler is an industrial civil engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, as well as studies in international management at the Polytechnic University of Turin and the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Since 2024, she has served as Corporate Sustainability Manager at CMPC, leading the environmental, social and governance strategy of one of Latin America's leading forestry and paper products companies.

Prior to this position, she was Chair of the Board and CEO of TriCiclos, a pioneer in circular economy solutions in Latin America. She was also a partner at MOV Investimentos, an investment fund in Brazil specialising in social and environmental impact ventures. Her career combines business leadership with a deep conviction to promote regenerative and sustainable development models.

She currently serves on the executive committee of Pacto Global Chile, the board of directors of Sistema B Chile and the international organisation Delterra, where she promotes the transformation of systems towards more circular, inclusive and resilient economies. Her experience connects the corporate world, social innovation and sustainability with a long-term strategic vision.
