Cultivating wellbeing

Integral health

Nature, wellbeing and mutual care

People’s health is closely tied to the health of ecosystems. That’s why, at Campus Naturaleza, we create wellbeing experiences that use mindful contact with nature as a tool for prevention, reconnection and care.

Going beyond simple outdoor exercise. our sessions aim to stimulate the senses, slow the pace of daily life and foster a respectful relationship with the environment.

What we do

Forest bathing

Guided sensory experiences connecting with the forest, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku.

Wellbeing activities in nature

Yoga, tai chi, mindful walks, artistic activities and other experiences tailored to different groups.

Research

Supporting studies that evaluate the effects of nature-based therapies on physical, mental and social wellbeing.

Inclusion and accessibility

Developing tools such as virtual tours and soundscapes so people who can’t visit in person can still experience Campus Naturaleza.

Collaboration with institutions

Working with university departments, health centres and organisations to design experiences and programmes tailored to specific audiences.

A reciprocal relationship

Wellbeing experiences also support forest conservation. Understanding and appreciating ecosystems strengthens people’s willingness to protect and restore them.
